Shipping policy

Each order is carefully prepared by our dedicated team during the workweek (Monday–Friday, with statutory holidays off). We normally ship within 4–5 business days, unless the product listing says otherwise. For U.S. buyers, shipping is streamlined through our American distribution center, so you never have to worry about unexpected customs charges. We’re doing everything we can to dispatch promptly; however, please allow up to 15 business days in transit, as we depend on current inventory levels at our U.S. hub.
